lactaite pils like ultra lactate dairy?

as I read the threas not one soul mentuions this?

i have been taking the ultra lactaite pills as I eat Pixxa I take not one or two, but three?

boy do they help. even though you may not be loctose interlorance, this will trigger an attach due to the suger of milk

Costco/price club makes these as well a few $$$ less

1 is is best to take the companys brand or a nock off

2 same would go forPepto

3 same would go for thisDigest advantage?

does nock off over the counter are better

I have lactose intolerance (along with my CD and my IBS) and taking lactaid pills helped alot...however once I started taking a probiotic called primadophilus reuteri made by natures way it has combated my lactose intolerance, it also helps with high cholesterol, vaginal health and has done wonders for my crohns and IBS. And I no longer need to take lactaid pills either.
