Please forgive me, this is graphic. I have been suffering with IBS for a while now, and today, I'm having a weird pain, almost like something is stuck and jabbing in my A....I can't say the word, I'm sure you know it. Has anyone ever had pain in their A, and what did you do about it? I ate whole bag of peopcorn, and a bean burrito today. I actually felt something like this, late last week, when I used a pointy enema. Weird, right? I'm sorry.

I had a problem where it was burning down there and i was told on here it could be gall bladder problems..or stomach ulcer
but when i told me doctor he said that would be a hemroid

Sounds like possible proctalgia fugax. Its basically pain in the rectum for unknown reason. Constipation can make it worse. I suffer from this occasionally and yes you are right, it does feel like knives jabbing. My doc says its the muscles contracting and spasming so I take an antispasmodic when this happens. You may want to ask your doc if there is something he can give you for the pain.

Other possible causes are hemorrhoids or anal fissures.

You might try a really hot bath or even a cold compress down there. I know that's kind of a puny suggestion but it might help somewhat!
