Hey what up guys,I know it's been awhile for me but I madeit to my appointment with my nutritionist I was so glad I made it I thought I was going to have a bad stomach day but thank God I didn't. This appointment was very important to me,and it was.I thought I was running late but when I got there she wasn't ready to meet with me yet so I was early.I waited in the waiting room,even before all that back at home I had several bm's before I had to leave for my appointment I made sure that I did so that I wouldn't be going so many times in public.So back to the waiting room I was there waiting for them to call my name I was just watching the tv in the waiting room I think the news was on,and then it happened I felt I needed to go have another bm I was like daaaaam I thought I was done for the day but I guess not.I hoped I didn't have to go several times so I went and asked where the public restroom was the receptionist directed me to one.I got in there with my bag I always have my bag with me with my favorite brand of toilet paper and usually air freshener but that day I did not have my air freshener cause I ran out,this is all just because I hate using public restrooms I'm not comfortable having to you know do number 2.Ok I'm in there no one else was in there, I was like yes thank you Jesus,just as I was about
to sit on the toilet some one came in I was like crap,that's what I needed to do to,I waited till he left it felt like for ever,but I went I only had to go like just that one time.Got back to the waiting room and sat down then they called my name.I met her she was so nice like I said then she asked me what was going on with me I poured out everything that I could remember telling her about
my ibs symtems that I go threw everyday.Told her how many times did I eat in a day,what I ate,what causes me to have dhiarrea and all of that kind of stuff.Then after I told her all that I could,she told me I need to eat more often like five times a day with one big meal,and try eating more water soluble fiber,and to eat more cooked vegetables and to stay away from raw veggies and salads,and fruit with skins on them,and to eat only the whites of fruits and breads.Everything she was saying was making a lot of sense to me,I needed to eat more,and the reason I was not eating more was because I always was getting the symtoms acting up,and she told me I could try beano for the gas.I told her I woud start doing that and hopefully I will notice some kind of a difference in how often I have bm's.I left there feeling great,wish me luck guys.
