high protein in urine...please help

Hi everyone- i'm on the lyme forum here on healingwell, but recently i did some tests to check my liver function and kidneys- well my blood test for my kidneys came back fine but my urine specimen showed a high amount of protein in my urine- like 500s. Has anyone else had this and what does it usually mean??  If it is cancer would something else abnormal show up? They are sending me to a nephrologist tomarrow.

creatinine w/EGFR 0.62

On my comprehensive metabolic panel my bun was a 5 which is low
glucose- 75

under urea nitrogen (BUN) my number was a 3

I do pee more b/c im drinking more water- i was getting dehydrated. Thanks again for the help!

He doesn't seem highly concerned b/c the blood test is normal- he took another specimen and said i can do an ultrasound if i want- wants the urine to be checked every 6mths- i'll probably go back sooner than that though- my lyme could be triggering it but he didn't say much about that- most regular docs don't. Doing a urine anyalsis to check for infection too... the number or level in my urine isn't high enough to him to be concerned- he said if it's in the 1000s he would be concerned. He did notice when he did my blood pressure that when i go from sitting to standing it drops- just told me to drink more water... thanks so much for responding to me here- i'm going to a cardio doc thursday to finish ruling out any heart issues- going to do a stress test- my ekg was normal.

Hi im having similar issues, i went to my doctors as i had symptoms of a uti, (lower back paind & some stomach cramps) it felt as if someone was pushing on my bladder, they took a urine test which came back no uti but i had protein in my urine, i went back 2 times and still had protein, they done blood tests & swabs and all came back clear, shes call me in for another appointment but im not sure what's going on, i am currently trying for a baby but my tests never come up positive until im atleast 8 weeks, i could only be a maximum of 4 weeks now if i was, im thinking of asking for a scan to check if i am as im not allowed to take any antibiotics for my back pain until i k ow for certain. Any advice would be great im so confused but worried at the same time.

200g 水龟草 + about 15 red dates,+ about 12 slices of ginger lts
