I was diagnosed with IGA Nephropathy in 2000, currently stable my micro albumin ratio is 14.7 (should be less than 2.5) have commenced Candesartan to protect my kidneys other than that I don't have any symptoms. BUT - in the last 2 years I have suddenly become exhausted / fatigued and seem to have bouts that mean I cannot get to work. Symptoms include sore throat, mild temperature 37.4, bone pain, extreme tiredness, dizziness and tingling in my lips and my tongue - I usually find after about 2-3 days of sleeping I feel able to get up and get myself to work! My GP is unsure what's causing this, my WCC is always slightly high (12) due to raised Neutrophils and my ESR is 20, so all very borderline and not really indicative of anything - however I am exhausted - I'm wondering whether these symptoms are now related to my Nephropathy?
Also diagnosed with bi-polar type II in 2010 - now stable on antidepreseants only (stopped anti psychotic in 2011). Also hypothyroid but under control with thyroxine and stable. Also suffer with Endometriosis which has been very stable since 2005 (my last op).
I wonder if there is someone out there who may have any suggestions for me to help avoid these episodes of exhaustion!
