I have had a rather interesting kidney stone experience to finally find out that I have calcium oxalate stones known as Randall's Plaque disease. I was told to emilinate tea, green leafy veggies, cashews, excessive salt, etc (which I only use salt anyway) and begin peeing in a container to measure my urine output to help regulate how much I need to drink each day. Obviously try to minimize carbonated beverages and really focus on drinking water or drinks like Crystal Light. My question for you guys that have kidney stones is how do you keep them from forming?
