HI

 i have spina bifida incomplete level L2 basically means im paralised from just under ribs down just not total paralysis 

 i just cant walk or feel from knees down anyway

 i also incurred a urstomy as part of this spina bifida from birth

im now in trouble with a parastomal hernia behind this urstomy 

 because in the illeal conduit whch has narrowed big time there are two kidney stones lodged tight nine blastings have not worked internal surgery failed nine times and dialysis apparently is out completely

 my local spinal unit have no idea now how to fix this im GROWING the stones  but they pass its just these two that just arnt budging does anyone live in the states and know anyone in one of the hospitals there that do FREE surgeries

 in this specialised area id be very grateful for any information anyone could give me but pls keep it just in regard to the issue in hand  thank you
