Hi All - Just looking for some guidance/help. I'm new to this. In March I developed chronic no-urge constipation. Then I started feeling discomfort in my ribs/back both sides. Especially when sleeping or driving. Up walking around it feels basically ok. I just discovered I have blood in my urine and am going to a Urologist tomorrow. So basically I have full bowels, pain in rib cage, hemorrhoids, and blood in urine (invisible). Any advice/info is greatly appreciated.

Hi Joe,

see what your urologist says first..also you may have symptoms of early onset kidney disease.You may have to see a nephrologist as well.

I'm diabetic and my kidneys failed july 23rd of this year and i was put on dialysis that day.I was in the hospital for 7 days.I'm am now on dialysis 3 times a week 4 hours a day.I had the symptoms you described along with leg swelling and shortness of breathe..I was told I was going on dialysis,but I put it off as long as I could until I started feeling horrible and the choice was made for me.had I not gone on dialysis I would have lived 6 weeks(quote from my doctor).

Tell your urologist about your symptoms..hopefully your kidneys aren't failing..
