my sister was born with one kidney that works the other never grew

My sister has one working kidney working and the other never grew ,she is now in her late 40 and has 3 children,my question is this we live in a small town and there is not a lot of tech here they cant find her kidney on a ultra sound she is having severe pain in her right side that radiates to her lower back wrapping her side,,she is not thirsty ever and pees like the falls and its clear as a bell,light headed and dizzy at times,,she has a ct scan booked on monday I'm worried what do u think this could b please help me help my sister....

Well, if she pees a lot, then the one kidney is still working somewhat decently. When you say they can't find her kidney, do you mean the one that never grew or the one working one? There is something there that is working. The dizzy and light-headed may be something else. Having only one kidney is, in itself, okay - she can survive well with just one. If that one has an issue, then it's time to worry.
