Happy Birthday to me!  I am 36 today.  Where does the time go?  I am having a "girls night out" with my sisters and friends!  I am excited.  Me and my best friend decided today we are going on an Alaskan cruise for our 40th.  So,  My new healthier goal is to be slim and trim by the time i'm 40!  (Hey,  Rome wasn't built in a day!) 

If I could have one Birthday wish come true It would be a happy, peaceful,  "healthy" day for all my friends at healingwell.

Your right rome wasn't built in a day and I think your plan is very resonable. I alway wanted to go on an alaskan cruise. Sounds wonderful!

Your Alaskan cruise idea sounds great. It's such a beautiful place, and it's always so nice to have a vacation to look forward to.

Thank you all for your well wishes! I had an awesome time tonight. Went out to Cucos to eat with 9 friends! It's so nice to let your hair down and just try to forget it all for a couple hours! God is good and I think maybe I see that silver lining! God Bless you all, Judy

I made it through my spinal tap it was a piece of cake my aniexty attack I had before we left the house was worse than the actuall tap. I dont feel so well today my back is sore and a little headache with low fever..  but thank you for your support. I hope you had a great birthday :-)
