My husband and I fully expect I will be hospitalized tomorrow following my OB visit. The fluid retention has reached critical mass- I now have pitting edema and the skin on my feet has reached its limit on ability to stretch to accomodate the fluid. Once I am in the hospital I am not sure I can get online to let everyone know what is happening but will try and get my husband to drop in and give you all the news about
what will be happening. At least I know the baby will be around 4lbs and he will not be born before 32 weeks.

Thanks everyone. I am having trouble sleeping- too worried. I will sleep very soundly once I know both me and baby will be fine. Baby is kicking up a storm right now. I just do not want to face another loss. It would shatter what remains of my ability to cope and stay sane. I don't know if I could survive it. But the doctors keep telling me if I make it to wednesday the baby will be perfectly fine. Doesn't make me feel any better really. Does make my husband think that they should deliver the baby this week to ensure I am not in any danger. BTW he has agreed to make a post here if I am hospitalized. Once I am home I will post with baby news.
