muscle spasms or twitching

Hi Sarah, Yes I get those also. It almost feels like I got mexican jumping beans in my muscles. It will last for a few days and then go away as quickly as it comes. I'm not sure if it's Lupus related or not. Some times I think it is caused by my meds but since I take the same meds all the time it'skind of hard to figure out why it would come and go like it does. I know this question has been asked before so hopfully others will come up with their info on it.

   I get them too but mine are random, lasting for a few minutes here and there over a two or three day period.

   I did have tremors for awhile that caused some major jerking that was mostly in the legs. Sometimes the head and arms would get involved. It was weird. I was put on a seizure med to control them but, I'm not taking it now and no problems lately.

   Sorry, I don't know the answer either. Like Ginny said, just one of those things. Hope you get some relief soon. Take care and you will be in my thoughts and prayers.
