Hands and feet fall asleep

My hands and feet fall asleep now very easy. Has anyone else had this? I know it is a sign of poor circulation. I have to get in with my diabetes and all and get checked. Just wondering if anyone else had it.

My feet get numb, and my arms/hands get pins and needles feeling....

Yes, its a warning for me that I'm overdoing or going into a flare. My arms and hands go number when I'm sleeping and feet go numb after being on my feet even a short period. I think its inflammation which causes it. Lots of others here have numbness/tingling too. I've even woke up with one side of my face numb. Blessings!

My legs and hands go to sleep and after falling and breaking my ankle because I couldn't get my leg to move when it had fallen sleep. I've been tested and I have neuropathy, nerve damage caused by the lupus. I go in tomorrow to test my right arm, (I'm right handed) and EMG (I think that is the right name) I've learn that when my legs go to sleep to hit on them before I get up to start walking.
