It definitely could be raynauds. Your rheumatologist can confirm that for you. Keep a close eye on your fingers and toes as we approach the colder weather. If you do have raynauds it's really important to protect those digits...
It's not unusual for a bunch of symptoms and new conditions to pop up after a recent diagnosis. You got your diagnosis because all the puzzle pieces finally came together. Which means your disease activity is high. That will bring on all of the lupus cousins. If you can, keep a diary of everything so that when you talk to your rheumy you have it all straight. A lot can happen between visits.
