I am currently 31 weeks pregnant. I have had 9 ultrasounds, my first was at 6 weeks.
I was on daily lovenox injections until 21 weeks and then I had to stop because I had a placental abruption. That has been the only special treatment I've been on since pregnant. I did do the one-hour glucose screening early and then repeated it at the normal time since we are at a higher risk to develop GD.
I have not had any trouble with my lupus at all. My perinatologist (are you seeing one? or just a regular OB?) and rheumatologist are in the same complex and I am monitored very closely. If you are not seeing a perinatologist, I highly recommend it! If you have other questions, I will answer as best I can. I'm no expert by any means, but I do remember my first few weeks and the anxiety, stress, fear, etc. that comes with being pregnant and having lupus.
