Has anyone had generic cellcept, and if so have you noticed a change?

Just finished trying it (details in siggy). Pharmacist said MAYBE I had a problem with the dye used for the pill and not the actual medication. Don't know. I am going to VERY gradually start it again next week and see what happens.
I will tell you that after about 3 days on it, my overall lupus symptoms were improved greatly!

Hey there! I am currently on it and have had no luck with it...will be moving to a new treatment in 2 weeks. I hear it is usually a wonderful drug with low side effects, if you start it, I wish you the best :)

yes i was on the cellcept and have switched to the generic about 2-3 months ago. i have had no changes, for better or worse, so im guessin its doin just as well as the cellcept itself was. hmmm.... unfortunately it wasnt a super drug, that woulda been great now huh? i hope everyone is feeling well, have a nice day, and stay outa the sun!!

Hi Jessierose, sorry to say cellcept did not help me either but I was on a thyroid med and switched to the generic and it gave me alot of problems now i am back on brand name and doing fine so maybe there is a different additive or something in it? anyways I hope you get it worked out soon so you can feel better do not worry though there are more drugs out there for you to try if you need to I know I always get excited when I try something new thinking maybe this will be the one that works! I really hope this one does it for you I know it has helped alot of people good luck dear...nona
