Okie

I spoke with Carol this morning and she does not sound well. It's her lungs and she's on oxygen at home, and they have her on it in the hospital. There seems to be some discrepancy in doctors' opinions. Her pulmonologist doesn't understand why the transplant team wants to "wait and see" for a year, and told her that she should be at the top of the list for a lung transplant. He asked her if she had a DNR. She doesn't because you can't be on the transplant list and have a DNR. I'll stay in touch with her and keep you guys posted. I'm sure Barb will be talking to her too.

I don't know her,but please tell her she is in my prayers. I hate to see that she is going through such a rough time.
