Have you guys discovered the Dr. Oz show? He was a favorite of Oprahs and just started his own show this fall. He deals with all types of health issues, and is even entertaining. I'm learning so much. As soon as my stress fracture heals (going on 3 1/2 months), my goal is to tivo it and watch it every day while on my stationary recumbent bike. He talks about foods, antioixdants, anti-aging foods, weight loss, heart attack symptoms, and on and on. I can't believe how much I'm learning from it and how much it motivates me to look at my overall well-being.

I highly recommend it. The added benefit is that it's fun to watch. Let me know if anyone has watched it and what you think.

Totally off topic, but our doctor is no longer accepting our insurance after the first of the year. Sooo... I begin the search for a new rheumatologist. Do you know of anyone else or have anyone you could reccomend in the Edmond/OKC area?

I had my baby 4 weeks early, but everything was okay. I have been so busy, tired, stressed, tired, tired, tired since then, so I haven't been on here in about 3 months!
