NO, I'm serious!  Who wants to rub my feet, and my legs and my arms?  I think I need to hire someone who can rub my body all day long.  This pain is so annoying and I can't seem to get a break.  With the weather rapidly changing from fall to winter I'm feeling it.  I'm betting there are alot of you out there feeling it too.  I say we rally to have our insurance cover massages and accunpuncture.  Who's with me? :)

boy do I ever hear you!!  We have had so many changes in the last two weeks and everytime a cold front comes through I feel stiff and achy. I'm so tired of it and winter hasn't even started.  Need to go get some Xmas shopping done today and I already popped the meds so I'm hoping they kick in real soon so I have the energy and the mobility to get what I need done.  This disease really stinks.  I am really missing the days of being to just pop out of bed and start the day without pain and stiffness.  I know massages would help tremendously with me and I'm sure they would also help with the anxiety and mood swings as well.  Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks! I hope you do too! When I get up in the morning I usually pop my meds before I shower so that they get a chance to kick in. Today I'm so stiff everywhere and I really want to play volleyball tonight with my league. We will see. Good luck with your Christmas shopping. I went on Sunday and I was pretty good, but Monday was a different story. I guess we get what we pay for:).

Haven't you guys started online shopping yet? I stay out of the malls and do everything on my trusty little laptop. Gifts come to my door already wrapped and ready to put under the tree. The only way you can get me in a mall is if my granddaughters want to go to their favorite store. The last time we did that, I left my cane at home and thought I might not make it out of the mall. It's crazy for me to get that tired.

I do shop on-line most of the time, but it was fun to go to the mall. I used to do that alot more than I do now. I probably only go 3 times a year instead of 5 or 6. And, I do know that shipping around the holidays is usually FREE with enough ordered. Good stuff!

i have already body slammed my christmas shopping, thanks to online stores :) my favorite sites do offer free shipping, so i have actually saved the fuel as well as my energy by shopping online! i can usually only last in a mall for maybe an hour, so i don't even bother . . . frustrates me to no end, so i avoid it, i guess.

i would STILL like a personal masseuse installed in my bedroom, however, to rub all of my aching joints 24/7, though :) no amount of energy saving measures will ever change my need for that, i think. shouldn't one be able to justify it as a necessary thing for daily life?

lol . . . use away :) for me it accurately describes the battle i face with shopping and i love it when i win! at least my shopping stress is gone for another year :D

Hey guys, 

I do both kinds of shopping.  I do alot of gift cards as well because our family lives out of state so it is easier than shipping.  it just so happens that my father is coming for a visit this weekend and he hasn't been down here in over 2 years and I really wanted to get my parents something special this year since they are getting up there in years and then he can take it back with them so I don't have to pay for shipping.  I actually enjoy the shopping when I feel good, love to get out there and see all the great ideas for decorating as well.  I'm really a kid at heart, I love the holidays, love the cooking, the festivities, the lights and just being with family.  Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving. (maybe we will all get gift certificates for massages for Xmas!!)
