It's cold and you can tell it is winter already. cry I am sore like everyone else and and have lost the little energy I had along and now have the constant annoying aches.  However, I was wondering if anyone else is having problems with getting or having redness on your face.  My husband asked me if I had gone tanning last night because I came home and my cheecks were pretty red and felt warm to the touch.  I woke up this morning and it they still looked like that.  They were not warm to the touch but they felt hot to me without having to touch them.  I didn't know if anyone else had this problem and if so what you found that works or at least helps.  Thanks in advance!

Hi Jayme,

I've been getting the red cheeks and redness across my nose that is the malar rash; sometimes it does feel warm to the touch but not usually. It shows up mostly when I've been outdoors in the sun....I'm becoming more and more photosensitive lately. The only thing that helps is staying out of the sun, which is not really possible all of the time.

Is this the type of rash you're talking about?

Mine is not really a rash or blotchy in any way. My skin is just red constantly like I have wind burn or something. My boss mentined it to me today saud that I had awful rosey cheeks today! In our year book they did this thing where they mentioned something about everyone in our grade that you wouldn't forget... for me it was the rosey cheeks!!
