Judy's right.....I should have said I started eating lots of dried apricots because they are SUPER high in potassium. I was afraid of taking potassium supplements because I didn't know what dosage I should take. Sorry I wasn't specific enough....I'm really "foggy" right now because I have bronchitis on top of everything else!
