plaq side affects

HI everyone this is week two for me on the plaq did anyone get headaches or dizzy when they first started. I can count on one hand how many headaches I have had in my life didn't get them as a symptom of my UCTD before the plaq now I have one daily

I didn't get headaches or dizzyness with plaquenil, just some initial stomach problems that went away. I agree with Stacie about calling your doc or pharmacist. I just posted about terrible headaches that I have been having so I know how miserable they can be. I've been on plaq for almost 3 years though and my headaches are more recent, so I doubt it's the plaq causing mine. A lot of people with lupus do get headaches, so it's possible it's not your meds. It's probably best to check with your doc to help sort things out. I really hope the headaches go away soon. Take care and keep us updated.

I've never gotten a headache from Plaquenil but I've definitely had a lot of dizziness. It's very odd-I don't think I've even mentioned it to my doctor. It seems to happen the most when I go from sitting to standing.
