Prednisone

I was on 40 mg of prednisone for about 3 mths. they started me on cellcept to try to get me off the prednisone. I am down to 25 mg. I have the moonface and the sweeling in the stomach but my question is my legs, knees and feet swell after I've been on them alot. My knees feel like they have fluid built up in them. It's not all the time just usually in the evening around dinner. Also my biggest question is my Breast are enlarged and extremely sore. They have remained this way for atleast a month and half. I have grandchildren and if they are sitting in my lap and lean on them it hurts. Is this from the prednisone? And if it is will it go away when i can finally come off the prednisone? I looked on the net couldn't find any diet for when your on pred. I have put on almost 30 lbs. I went back on them in July wow do i feel like a blimp!!! I started at 10 mg. then down to 7.5 mg then 5 mg now back up to 7.5mg with a jump start dose when I had my gallbladder out and so that sure didn't help any for sure.

Maybe someone knows a diet one could fallow that atleaste keeps from putting on more?
