The inside of my nasal cavity has turned raw, burning and painful. No leaking or muscus or cough associated. I'm still in the Lupus flare. I'll see the Dr. today to see what is up now. The guinea pig goes back to the Dr. again. cry

Turns out its Impetigo in the nasal cavity. Some bacterial infection. Got a cream to put in the nose called mupirocin. Just another one of those problems of the month.

It got to the outside of mynose yesterday. My Mom said they should have given me antibotic pills \instead of the cream. Now I put the cream on my nose with consealer, b/c it's red and painful. I'm done with the prednisone dose as of today since Thurs. at the ER. I missed two days of work and will miss work tomorrow for another Dr. appt. This is does not look good for work. rolleyes

The mupirocin cream works to get rid of the rawness in the nasal cavity and the reddness rash on the nose. turn
