Need help baaaad foot pain

I am not sure what's going on so I thought I would see if any of you have had this issue. Yesterday suddenly out of no where I feel a little pain in my arch of my foot. It got worse by the minute all night. Both my feet hurt before I even got out of bed and my legs and ankles were aching. When I walk it feels like I am walking on lumps on the pad of my right foot and on the heel close to the arch. really painful. Any idea what this is? It's unbearable without a pain pill. Never had this before confused

I believe you're suffering from planters faciitis. It's very painful!
You need to relax the faciitis on the bottom of your foot.
1. Grasp your toes and gentle pull them backwards.
2. do a deep rubbing massage on the bottom of your foot for ten minutes.
3. next get a cold can of cola or bottle of frozen water and roll it under your foot for 10 minutes.
4. If you suffer from another attack you can do gentle stretches of the bottom of your foot holding the stretches for 15 minutes then release it for 15 minutes. Do this in cycles for 5 minutes.
If it continues to be painful see a doctor and ask for physical therapy for it.

It took me six months to get relief of mine. Two months of PT stopped the pain for me.
