it -- but the only real way to get an accurate diagnosis is through a rheumotologist who treats Lupus patients.
Many other diseases cause the symptoms you are talking about
, but mostly the all over body aches and the bone/muscle/joint pain would be the only things I see pointing to lupus. Respiratory/sinus/ear are not usually indications of Lupus.
