auto immune disorders

Is it possible that I have an autoimmune disorder or vasculits.I get livedo reticularis upon heat.I have all over body aches and low vitamin d.My artery fill time is normal,ana,anca all normal.I recently had respiratory failure in july,they said status asthmaticus.I have sinus and ear issues,they say sinusitus benighn positional vertigo and post herpatic neuralgia.No neuropathy.all this stuff seemed to start a few years ago when I had an episode of bells palsy,I thought it was menopause but my hormone levels are ok too.my bones,muscles and joints hurt all the time.Please if some one has had that same thing going on with normal tests and has a diagnosis please let me know.sincerely,nana

You might want to look into lyme disease as bell palsy is usually one of the first signs
