I woke up this morning with some faint bladder pain. By 12 o'clock I was in tears and couldn't pee. smhair

I went to the Urgent Care center and got some antibiotic and little orange pills.

I hate UTIs! This makes the fourth one I've had in 3 yrs and it's so painful. cry

I took a Tramadol to ease the pain until the medicine kicks in fully. Feeling a little loopy. shocked

Going to sleep this off.............

I used to get UTI a lot. I took one antibiotic after another. I have included cranberry extract in my supplements. One capsule 3x daily. I also drink lots of fluids esp water. It has actually helped me over the years.

I guess I need to start them, but I'd better consult my doctor first.

Had UTI last month. Doc told me to take 40oz unsweetened cran juice and 2 x500mg organic cran tablets everyday for two weeks then stop. Wait two weeks and retest. I did that on Monday and it's gone.

I'm glad it worked for you Penn1023 and that you are feeling better. I continue to take cranberry capsules as I am susceptible to UTI due to medicines that lower my immunity. Unsweetened cranberry juice is excellent I just dilute that with water. Take care.
