Sloppy medication time schedule

I have to admit that I have NOT been taking my plaquenil the same time everyday. I am really busy with my job and getting ready in morning that I find myself taking it whenever I have a spare moment. Also sometime I forget all  together and look at the clock and notice its 1:00 pm and I didnt take it yet. Now when I first started the med I was good at taking it the same time everyday. I have noticed that since taking it at all dif crazy times I do not feel as great. Can taking this med at differnt times effect how it helps you? Anyways I am going to get back to a more strict schedule starting today.

Of course a regular time will get you more regular results. Some doctors even prescribe one in the morning and one at night to get an even more regular dosage into your system.

I don't worry so much about the actual time, but take it when I first go into the kitchen -- a regular morning habit as the cat insists on breakfast. One thing you might try if you are a regular coffee drinker is to put it near the coffee cup -- or beside your toothbrush.

It's easier to take it than to feel bad!

I find if I keep my doses at 12 hrs apart I feel better. If I delay any I start feeling rough.

Honey there is one thing that you absolutely do everyday so whatever that one thing is is when you need to take that pill! So,,,,go get your pill put it next to "that thing" and tomorrow you are all set! Problem solved. Have a good day sweetie we can do this together I am sure of it!

Well right now I have been taking it as I east breakfast. So far so good :)
