I have a yucky cough with yellow greenish phlegm, but no fever as far as I can tell.
I cough until I gag on this nasty mess.
Blegh.
Thanks for letting me whine.

Yellow green phlegm is signs of infection. I'd go to the doctor even without a fever.
My body temp is so low a normal temp is a fever for me.

I posted too soon - I came down with a fever Monday night. It's a chest cold, but it's my first while taking CellCept, so I'll have to see how it goes. I've had a fever of around 100 degrees F and I'm still coughing up green crap. It is sooooo gross. I have an appointment on 12/20 with my rheumy, so unless it gets crazy worse I'll try to hold out until then.
I get 4 weeks a year from my employer for vacation/sick time combined, and I've used it all (thank you, lupus), so I don't want to miss work unless I have to. Come January 1st it renews, but until the start of the new year my sick time will be without pay.

Sounds like you need an antibiotic. I had a similar experience and went on a Z-pack and started to feel better after the third day. Missed 3 days of work, but it was worth it to be able to get over it and rest. Lots and lots of fluids and chicken soup - I really believe it helps:) Feel better
