Anyone have chest and jaw pain?

Last fall I got what my rheumy calls lupus pneumonia, and the pain in my chest now feels very similar to what I was feeling then. The only difference is my right jaw hurts along with the right side of my chest. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow to get it checked out and I'm not sure if this is just typical lupus drama or something else. Anyone had this before?

I've get the jaw pain from time to time it makes it so hard to chew I go on a liquid diet until it subsides, I have the chest pain most of the time and it's pretty uncomfortable.
