SLE Lupus & Hypothyroidism

Hi,
I am new here and is hoping for some advise on my conditions. I am very confused.

I was born with severe myopia, my vision is -13. 10 years ago I decided to get ICL because I was not a candidate Lasik. I did this to relieve the Migraines cause by my strong glasses.

6 years ago i was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. Is taking Synthroid.

2 years ago I was diagnosed with SLE (lupus). Took Prednisone and Plaquenil. I stopped the Prednisone about 6 months ago.

Now, my eye pressure keeps increasing every time I visit the Opthamologists 4-6 months. Now I did not have this problem before I sarted Plaquenil. I went to Herzig Eye, who confirmed that the ICL is not causing the pressure. So, the only thing left is the Plaquenil.

Does anyone have Eye Pressure, who has Lupus?
Please Help.
