I have been dx with Secondary Raynauds, Neuropathy, Fibromyalgia, depression and an undiagnosed auto-immune disorder. I also suffer from IBS and Heartburn daily. I have been put on Cymbalta, Procardia, Gabapentin and Ambien. I feel that I have Lupus but when I can finally get into see the Rheumatologist I am usually feeling a little better. I also do not have health insurance so it is difficult to be able to afford doc visits. I am also on disability and cannot work.

My question is I have a constant low grade fever ache all the time and so terribly tired that I sleep too much. I am currently on Prednisone because I broke out with some kind of rash on both forearms and they itched unbearably. I have had skin issues where prednisone is the only thing that works. There are times where I am so sick of being sick.

I just had some bloodwork done but I keep getting shuttled to either a neurologist or the only Rheumotologist we have in town ( who I cannot stand) or my primary, noone can tell me what is wrong with me!!!  I finally received a letter from my doc on my bloodwork and my ANA test is abnormal- 1:640 Speckled and my sed rate is 26 with 2-15mm/hr considered normal. My numbers on tests have never jumped out, but I feel like I have all the symptoms of Lupus.

I am currently undiagnosed. My ANA blood work came back yesterday at 1.160, which was abnormal and my ESR was 22.I saw so many doctors who told me I was fine. I kept getting diagnosed with IBS but I just felt like something wasn't right. Finally I saw an internist who asked so many questions, which was good. I felt heartburn and this pain in my stomach, which the found gastritis via endoscopy. I have had diarrhea for months and have lost 14 lbs, either from diarrhea and not eating because the feeling of fullness already in my tummy. It's really scary not knowing what's going on with your own body. My doctor placed a referral for a Rheumatologist, so I'm still waiting and terrified! I hope that you can figure out what is going on with you because I feel your frustration.

It's frustrating getting the right answers and right care when you're a human puzzle.
The important thing is to have a great doctor who listens to you and really tries to find the answers.

Best of luck to you both and I pray that you don't have to face this aggrevating illness.

I hope that you find the pieces that you need for your puzzle! The Gabapentin has helped my neuropathy a lot. Ambien doesn't work so well anymore. Omeprazole has also helped me for my heartburn, maybe that could be a consideration for you? Heartburn among everything else you have going on not counting the stress can make you absolutely miserable.

I have been diagnosed with Raynauds, Fibro, Gastritis, Plantar Fac, Degenrative Joint Desease, Arthritis and Depression. I was in a car accident almost five years ago. I had a Brain Injury, Broken Neck, Broken Wrist (R), Crushed Hand (R), Crushed Knee (L) and Crushed Foot (L). I broke out in a rash on my scalp a few months ago. I have a leasion on my leg in the shape of a broken ring, My doctor did blood test about a year ago and my platlets were off. He thinks I may have Lupus but no diagnosis as of yet. I am having blood tests on Monday the 5th of Feb. I hope I will get some kind of answer. Not that I want to have Lupus but at least I will have something. The "Not Knowing" is the worst part.
