Lynnwood,
wow, you have alot on your plate right now. Anyone would be overwhelmed. I have a few suggestions. For just now, forget about the stuff, and take care of yourself. The stuff will still be there when you are better able to handle it. I have a hip that hurts alot too, maybe not as much as yours, but gives me trouble sleeping because I can't lay on it. Have you tried putting a pillow between your legs, or better yet a body pillow if you have one, helps take some pressure off.
As for getting some sleep, my new favorite is Tylenol PM. No after grogginess, no script needed. I am not sure what meds your taking and if they are safe, but a friend of mine was allowed to take them while pregnant, so for me, I felt they were safe enough to try, and I got such a great night sleep.
Sorry to also hear about your partner, added stress for us just adds to all our ailments too. You really need to find something that will help you relax and focus on that. If you can relax, even if just for an hour or two that will help you. Whether it is something as simple as a bubble bath, reading a book, sitting outside enjoying the spring weather, or watching a TV program.
Hope you feel some relief soon.
Hugs,
Debbie
