I think I've got a flare, bad cold, or something else coming on.

I'm extra achy, coughing, sniffy, outside of throat is sore, feverish feeling, ears ringing louder than normal, scalp broke out and tender, malar rash shining...

I just feel bad! smhair

I don't have the rash, but I have everything eles. Can't decide if its the pollen or combination.

Yesterday at the salon my scalp was so tender with tiny bumps all over. They look like zits but they are full of blood not infection.
This morning I woke up with the right side of my face broke out too with the tiny bumps. They have faded but I'm still achy and fatigue.

PS. I tried to paste a picture of the breakout but I couldn't figure out how to do it.

Sorry you are having a flare, gentle (((hugs))). Are you on steroids daily? If not I'd call your Rheumy and ask for dose pack. It's the pits when flares come on.

My lupus never seems to not flare, I feel miserable 24/7. I think that it's a good sign, EVEN THOUGH YOU FEEL TERRIBLE cry cry, that you get breaks in between your flares. I really hope you start to feel better soon.

The rash has started creeping across the bridge of my nose today.
My scalp is so broke out from this flare I don't like to touch it.

Apparetly I'm going through a hair loss flare too. The top of my hair is so thin if it's wet I can see scalp everywhere. When it's dry it seems so thin on top. I can feel nubs of hair all over.

Do any of you notice your ears squealing louder during flares? My tinnitis is sounding louder than ever these last few days.

I can't get ahold of my Rheumy until Monday.

I'm thinking the coughing and sniffing is my allergies flaring. Trees are in bloom around here and I'm allergic to all of the trees in the area but one.

Sorry, your still in such a but flare. Sounds like things are really tough right now. Sending you loads of prayers and well wishes to you.
