I've had lupus for 26 years now and I would say as long as you have no symptoms I'd try not to worry about the positive labs so much. The reason is lupus CAN NOT be confirmed just from blood tests. There isn't a blood test to prove or disprove that you have lupus.
Most Rheumy's go by the symptoms that you're having and look at your blood work. I know my daughter who is almost 21 have had a positive ANA since she was 7. She also now has several other of the labs positive, but other than some pain from time to time, she's symptoms free. Therefore, her Dr and my Rheumy, (he's examined her twice) has said that she doesn't need to be on anything.
As for having a baby, it may or may not cause you to show the disease. You're in a tough spot cause you're really not sure if you have it. There is no way of knowing whether you'll pass the disease on to your baby. It's a matter of personal choice between you and your partner. I didn't have a firm DX of lupus until my daughter was 8 yrs old. Would it have changed my decision to have her, probably not.
Do I feel bad and worry about her getting lupus, yep. However, I'm not in control of her fate in life and what's meant to be will be. I hope that you do not develop lupus ever and can start family as you have planned.
Wishing you the best and I hope that you continue to do well.
Hugs,
Barbara
