lightheadedness

I would like to know if anyone experiences lightheadedness and what if anything you can do about it?  I always thought I was having a migraine without the terrible headache but after reading that this is a symptom of lupus I believe that is what is going on.  Sometimes it lasts 2-3 days other times 2-3 weeks.  It makes me crazy! Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

I get lightheaded/dizziness also. It comes and goes but mostly will only last a few seconds at a time.
