Nose Pimple or Ulcer

The ulcers I get are painless (sometimes) and can be rather large. Not to be gross, I have had them so bad that gentle pressure makes them pop. The painful ones can be a challenge, because they seem to be difficult to heal.

Sometimes I get a tingling at the ulcer site first and then it will become very red. Other times it will form a painful whitehead and pop, sometimes draining over several days. They really are annoying. I will often put antibiotic ointment on them if they are really bad. They have cleared up with Prednisone, which I have taken for a number of years now. I don't get them anymore, with the exception of this last Prednisone taper, which was I surprise because I had not had any in a long, long time.
