Im new!

I am new to the forum. I have a ton of questions and will try my best to not pester people. My first question. When i lay down i get a sensation of a rattle in my chest when i inhale. I dont notice this any other time and sometimes it is difficult to get a good deep breath almost like my lungs are restricted, I notice this at times just sitting at my desk at work. OK that's 2! I see where so many have endured to get a final diagnosis of what is wrong. I went to my doctor with joints inflamed and visually swollen. I told him several years back my blood work suggested lupus. That doc then referred me to a rheumatologist who said nope blood work looks normal. I had spent so many years prior being made to feel like a hypochondriac (sp). So I dealt with the pain. So I'm back with a new doc and my blood work shows elevated scores in some but all in all same within normal range. I have read that different labs can differ in scores. I have not been back yet to see my doc not till October I tink to see if the meds are working.

I have began to keep a journal. I want him to see my days when I go back
