Hi!
I am trying to make some sense of her lab work, while waiting to get in to the see Rheum. So far her anti-dsDNA has come back elevated, twice. First time was 472, second time at 573 (normal range is at or below 200). Her CK level is elevated in the 700's (normal at or below 200). Her Creatinine level is below normal, low. Complement Total CH50 is elevated, while here C3/C4 were in normal range. Does anyone have any insight of what we could be dealing with? What brought us into the office originally was she had a fever for four days right during Easter, after the fever broke, the following day she wouldn't walk. She was in pain behind her knees. She has complained of pain in her thighs, knees, forearms, headaches, feels dizzy sometimes. Thank you!
