I think i should be happy (?)

I saw my rheumy today and discussed my thyroid issues and looked over blood work. thyroid tests all good. lupus blood work came back negative. ANA still positive, crp and sed rate still elevated. Rheumy thinks human parvo virus b 19. apparently has the same symptoms as lupus. I understand that hpv- b19 can be a pre cursor to RA and or lupus. this virus apparently attacks joints and muscles. I am a little confused based on bloodwork Igm shows active infection AND IGG SHOWS IMMUNITY. My IGM was neg and IGG was positive. I am satisfied with rheumy explanation.
I have been dealing with this for over a year. I have just been started on the generic for plaquneil about 2 mos ago and noticed a slight improvement.
