Cellcept & Fevers

I started Cellcept two weeks ago.... After the first few doses I felt great... hardly slept but felt wonderful!  Yesterday I was having fevers up and down and just feeling ugly.  Today I am no better.  I managed to come into work but I am having a spiking fever as we speak.  Does anyone know if it is normal to run a fever on Cellcept or should I be contacting my Rheumy?  I also take Plaquenil and Coumadin on a daily basis...

Any advice appreciated!

I've been taking Cellcept since October and I haven't noticed any fevers accompanying the Cellcept. Check the drug interactions website (last link in blue at end of my signature), and see if you can take Ibuprofen, Tylenol, or something to break the fever. I usually take Ibuprofen myself. Thanks for your replies. I have been plagued with fevers of 101+ for over a year, even on Plaquenil. I can only take 2 tylenol per week due to taking coumadin. I have felt really good and yesterday was like I hit a brick wall again. The frustration is the worst part right now. I am seriously thinking of just going for the straight cytoxan treatments to give me some relief for awhile. I hate being miserable and feeling horrible all the time. It is so frustrating for me and my family. I went to work today and couldn't wait to get home. I don't want to get into the rut of getting up in the morning and wondering what time I can get home to go back to bed, or drinking enough coffee to give me the boost that I need to get through the day. My protimes for my blood clotting have also been fluxuating. I am just having one of those days I guess. It is very hot and humid here too which doesn't help my mood much either. What even makes it worse is that some of the people at work think that I am a hypochondriac. I keep telling myself things will get better, but when??? Sorry for ranting but I know everyone here understands what I am going through!
