Muscle Twitches?

Anyone ever get involuntary muscle twitches?

I do when I do to bed or sometimes my hand will twitch for no reason.

Yes, I get them too and am not sure why. Do mention it to your doc, especially if they are prety bad.

Oh my goodness it is sooooooooooo annoying!!! I will just be laying on the couch at night and my foot will twitch, then my calf then my arm then my shoulder etc etc. I went to my doctor today and did mention it but she didnt say too much as i am not diagnosed with anything yet. But i got all the blood work done so i guess we shall see!

I get them too and they are so aggrevating. Sometimes when mine start going almost continuously they even get painful. My husband has seen them on me and goes "eww". It gives me a laugh to gross him out at least.

I get muscle twitches quite often, but I have siezures.. and they generally come before I get one.. although sometimes certain things will set them off. When they're ongoing they're usually called tremors, I take ativan for it, it helps some.

yes, almost every time I sit down at the computer I get this twitch.. but that is the only time...
