Hi Jenny,
Don't rule out perimenopause just because you're 29. The "change" can happen at any age. I'm dealing with the possibility of that right now actually. I'm 34. It's called POF (premature ovarian failure). Quite common in people with autoimmune diseases. Anyway, if you've had your female hormones checked and everything comes back fine, just keep writing down your symptoms etc, and get those hormones checked again. Are you having any troubles with your periods?
Cold sweats are relatively common with lupus and fibro. Just another one of those weird, hard to diagnose things. Could be your thyroid too. Don't let your rheumy shrug this off. Get your family doctor to run some tests if you need to.
