That is right I just got the letter from the judge I got my SSD. What a joyious day. I have thanked god so may time. What a relief. Now I just have to wait for the check.

Tink, I'm glad you got it too, my date for ssd is march 3rd. I'm so nervous my lawyer said we should be in out I hope he is right.

Thanks all I am very happy and very relived. according to the letter I got I should hear something in the next month on how much I will be getting and when. I have talked to them and they said they have it in the system and because I am not getting medicare and ssi  it should not take to long. Yes, Lynwood I will dance when it isin the bank.

 I will keep you up dated

     to  joinery do not be nervous my lawyer told me to just tell the trouth and all should be well. The girl before me lyed and got cought by the judge . Just expaine yourself to him. hopefully you will have one like mine he did listen to me. In his letter to me and the state he did quote alot of what I said. But do not forget I have Lupus with Fibro and vertigo and that helped out alot.

Tink 2  Just wanted to tell you my ssd hearing was today, they told right there I'm getting it. My lawyer said I'll be getting and letter in the mail. SO HAPPY :-)

Yeah, when the judge told me I was getting it my lawyer was in total shock. Heck the judge ignored the guy who was there to say what jobs I could do despite all my problems. He seemed to have decided before seeing me, but still asked a few questions. It took almost 2 months for a deposit to be made. I get my last back pay in July. I hope both of you get your checks soon.
