I was just told on Thursday that I have lupus...and thank god! I have been sick for a little over two years and been in the hospital about 11 times I think is the count now, so it is nice for them to at least tell me something. I have seen almost every "specialist" in the medical field except the one I needed. It has been so nice to read all your stories and realize I am not the only one that has all these crazy things happening to me. I am so glad I found this site thank you all for being here.

ColdBlue, Welcome to the forum... It does take awhile to figure out what is going on and so many docs. I think alot of us go through that, well at least you have the diagnoses hopefully the meds. will help you. I'm glad you found this sight you will find alot of nice people on here that will answer any question that you may have. Debbie

Welcome Blue!! Glad you found us!! I can appreciate your reaction to your dx. Its nice to have something to aim at and its nice to have a name for your problems. I hope your treatment plan is giving you some relief. Blessings!

Blue, I'm also a newbee. I remember when I was first dx. I have had one symptom or another for about 25 years. I was still overwelmed when I was told. I had friends and family who even though I looked fine knew I was sick and understood. It can be tough but you can do it too. Good health to all uni-corn
