 Has anyone heard from Barb since the meeting? I hope she's okay.

Hi Linda,

   I've talked to Barb on the phone since the meeting and in chat a couple of days ago. She is flaring pretty bad and sleeping alot. I know the trip wore her out. She, Karen and I stayed in a hotel that weekend and left on monday. During that time she slept very little..... sad . I hope she is resting and either has seen a doctor or will see one very soon.

   Maybe she will see this post and reply soon. Take care.

Checked in w/Barbara today -- she's ok, but flaring and getting by as best she can. They increased her prednisone quite a bit today, and tweaked some other meds, so hopefully she'll be feeling better soon. Cheers,

Hi Linda, Babs, Lynn:

Linda thanks for checking on me and Babs and Lynn thanks for passing on the info on me. I saw my doctor today and we upped my pred to 30mg daily, started using mary's magic mouthwash, and refilled some other meds. I've not been feeling to well since leaving Altanta, it was well worth feeling sick and flaring to meet everyone. I've got sores all across the roof of my mouth and down my throat, having pretty bad joint pain, and bowel issues. I'm hoping whatever is flaring the lupus/RA/MDS it will quickly stop.

I'm just sleeping lots and haven't been up to answering posts. Maybe tomorrow I'll feel more like responding to some of the new posts here. Hope you are all doing well and I know that several of you that got together in Atlanta are having a hard time. I'm hoping that you're going to be feeling much better real soon.
