headaches and mouth sores

Well ya'll, I survived the move and things are slowly getting organized( I'm a bit of a neat freak), but yesterday I woke up with a horrible headache that lasted all day.  I took excedrin tension headache and darvocet all day with no relief.  Finally at night I took a lortab and it finally went away.  I have three questions, one what's good  for these crown like headaches that last all day, (OTC, RX whatever).  And I know that mouth sores are common with lupus, does anyone get them in the corners of their lips? and what's good to treat them.  I've been using carmex, but it's very slow.  Over all no sign of a major flare, but I've had some mild chest tightness that I hope isn't a sign of worse things come.  My hairloss is back, just when it started to come back in.  My hair is so many different lengths right now, someone said they liked my new punk haircut, LOL.  Anyone found anything to help with hairloss??  I so appreciate everyone's imput and support.   What a fantastic site!!!  God Bless.

(((((( Jennifer )))))))))) Glad the move went well. Sorry you are paying for it. *** sighhhhh **** There was a couple topics on the mouth sores . . . I'll see if I can find them for you. The headaches can be a trial and error solution. I found, at one point, that some of my worst headaches could be helped with sinus stuff . . . . like Tylenol Sinus. I actually thought those headaches were mild migraines (I have those too) . . . anyways caffeine "can" help bump up the effectiveness of your pain reliever. I also found that when I was taking ibuprofen, a tylenol along with it would bump it up. Sorry you are having trouble with your hair again. Biotin (with the vitamins in the store) can help. Its also found in eggs. It does sound like the beginning of a flare so take it easy !!! Ok? I hope you are enjoying your new house!! SO much to do . . . but it can all wait for a better day. Thanks so much for the input. I am begining to flare. My hands, feet and hips are very achy today, feel exhaustedand I have a beautiful big hive on my right cheek. Can't type much, but I wanted to say thanks.
