question about lab results

Hi everyone. Just a question of a result from a lab test I had drawn. The immunologist had ordered some tests, and my Absolute CD4+ Cell count was really elevated. All I can find on google or any of my nursing books on the CD4 count is its relevance to HIV infection. Has anyone ever had an elevated CD4 result, and do you know what it means? Also, the percentage of my CD16+CD56 (natural killer cells)  was decreased. I guess I'm not a very good detective cause I can't seem to figure out what this means.  Thanks
