Hi Meowese, I know it can be pretty frustrating.I think it's a good idea to get copies of all your tests. That way if you see a different dr. you can just take them with you. Plus you will know how things change from time to time. As far as your titers go I really think it depends on which dr. you talk to. I had a titer of 1:2560 and my rheumy said it was nothing to be concerned about. There are people on here that don't even have a possitive titer and still have lupus or some other type of auto immune disease. So I guess I'm saying that it's one signal that there could be a problem but by itself it's not really anything you can go by. Just one peice of a great big puzzle. Most dr. beleive that anything over 1:80 is pretty normal. anything over that is a possitive. I think it's good idea to see another rheumy and get another opinion.
