Yes, since being dx in April 07, I've done a lot of research, experimenting and talking to other lupus patients about
natural healing
I know a few, including myself, who are "treating" their lupus naturally.
I'm not a huge fan of homeopathy, but more of a natrupathic approach. Because of my illness and all that I'm learning, I'm now in school working on getting my naturopathic certificate. That is how much I believe in it.
The key for me was when I changed my entire diet, quit smoking, joined a gym working out all the time and changed my horrible attitude, my health started to improve.
Most people don't want to acknowledge they cannot heal their bodies (illness) unless they give their body and mind the tools it needs
I'm still on my journey, struggling, but I'm getting there
My suggestion, go see a reputable ND (NATUROPATHIC DOCTOR), They do med school just like any allopathic dr.
Good luck
Jen
